Mayahuel
- ½ oz. Del Maguey Vida mezcal
- ¾ oz. Pierre Ferrand Orange Curaco
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ¼ oz. nectar agave
- Zesty Lemon Rim Salt
Half rim rocks glass with salt. Shake ingredients over ice, pour into glass filled with ice.
Gram-Arita
- 2 oz. Don Julio Reposado tequila
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ¼ oz. agave syrup
- ½ Grand Marnier liqueur
- Zesty Lemon Rim Salt
- Dried Lime Garnish
Half rim rocks glass with salt. Shake ingredients over ice, with the exception of Grand Marnier, pour into glass filled with ice, float Grand Marnier on top and garnish.
El Pepe
- 1 ½ oz. Del Maguey Vida mezcal
- ½ oz. Dolin genepy
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Wildly Aromatic Bitters
