Bring on the heat.  With McMann & Tate’s Chili Lime Rim Salt, it’s easy to add a little intensity to your favorite tequila cocktail.  Perfectly balanced our salts are made with chili peppers, real limes and all natural sea salt.
 
Ingredients natural sea salt, chili pepper and lime 

  • Spicy Paloma

    • 2 oz. Espolon Blanco tequila
    • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
    • ¾ oz. lime juice
    • ½ oz. simple syrup
    • Fever Tree club soda
    • Chili Lime Rim Salt
    • Dried Lime Garnish

     

    Half rim highball glass with salt. Shake ingredients, with the exception of soda, over ice, pour into highball glass filled with ice, top with soda and garnish.
     

  • Dove Dispatch

    • 1 ½ oz. Herradura Silver tequila
    • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
    •  ½ oz. red bell pepper simple syrup
    •  ½ oz. Campari
    • Chili Lime Rim Salt
    • Fever Tree club soda

     

    Half rim highball glass with salt. Shake ingredients, with the exception of soda, over ice, pour into highball glass filled with ice, top with soda. 

     

    * To make syrup combine the ingredients below into a blender and blend on low for about 30 seconds. Let sit overnight, then strain out the pepper.

     

    • Red bell pepper, chopped
    • 8 oz. of water
    • ¾ cup sugar

     

     

  • Spicy Margarita

    • 2 oz Ocho Plata tequila
    • ¾ oz Cointreau
    • 1 oz lime juice
    • ¼ oz agave nectar
    • Chili Lime Rim Salt
    • Dried Lime Garnish

     

    Half rim rocks glass with salt. Shake ingredients over ice, pour into glass filled with ice and garnish.
