Ingredients alcohol, coffee, cacao, birch, vanilla, orange peel, peppercorn
ABV 40%
In the Heat of the Night
- 1 oz. Barr Hill vodka
- ¾ oz. espresso
- ¾ oz. Mr. Black Coffee liqueur
- ½ oz. Ancho Reyes Chile liqueur
- ¼ simple syrup
- Dash Morning Coffee Bitters
- 3 coffee beans
Stir ingredients over ice, strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
Speyrow
- 1 ½ oz. Glenlivet 12 Year scotch
- ½ oz. Yellow Chartruese
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ honey syrup
- 2 dashes Morning Coffee Bitters
Shake ingredients over ice, double strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
Birds of a Feather
- 1 oz. Kraken Black Roast Coffee rum
- 1 oz. Hamilton Demerara rum
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz. Campari
- 2 dashes Morning Coffee Bitters
- Dried Lime Garnish
Shake all ingredients over ice, double strain into tiki mug filled with ice, top and garnish
