- 1 ½ oz Corralejo Reposado tequila
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup
- 1 oz. La Marca Prosecco rose
- Pink Himalayan Rim Salt
Quarter rim rocks glass with salt. Shake ingredients, with the exception of prosecco, over ice, pour into glass filled with ice, top with prosecco.Purple Reign
- 1 ½ oz Espolon Blanco tequila
- ½ oz. Ume Plum liqueur
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 1 ½ oz. grapefruit juice
- Pink Himalayan Rim Salt
- Fever Tree club soda
Half rim highball glass with salt. Shake ingredients, with the exception of soda, over ice, pour into glass filled with ice, top with soda.

- 1 ½ oz. Lustau Papirusa Manzanilla sherry
- ¾ oz. Espolon Blanco tequila
- ¾ oz. Combier Liqueur D’orange
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- Barspoon agave syrup
- Pink Himalayan Rim Salt
