The gods have spoken. These limited released tiki style bitters are the best on the island. With McMann & Tate’s South Seas Bitters it’s easy to add some tropical spice to your favorite tiki cocktail. Clove and cardamom forward our bitters feature a blend of allspice, cinnamon and other rich botanicals and spices.
Ingredients alcohol, allspice, cinchona, cinnamon, cloves, lime & orange peel, cacao, cardamom.

Quarantine Order
- 1 ½ oz. Appleton Estate rum
- 1 ½ oz. Rum-Bar Gold rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. cinnamon syrup
- ½ oz passion fruit syrup
- 3 dashes South Seas Bitters
- Dried Lime Garnish
- Mint sprig and brandied cherry garnish
Shake ingredients over ice, strain into ice filled tiki mug and garnish.
Padang
- ½ oz. Lustau Los Arcos sherry
- ½ oz. English Harbour 5 Year rum
- ¼ oz. Laphroaig 10 Year Old scotch
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz. cinnamon syrup
- 2 dashes South Seas Bitters
- Dried Lime Garnish
- Cinnamon stick garnish
Shake ingredients over ice, strain into ice filled tiki mug and garnish.
Three Barrels
- ½ oz. Appleton Estate rum
- ½ oz. Diplomatica Rum Reserva
- ½ oz. Rhum Barbancourt
- ½ oz. Giffard Blue Curacao
- ¼ oz. Cherry Heering
- ¼ oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- 2 dashes South Seas Bitters
- Pineapple wedge and three brandied cherries
Shake ingredients over ice, strain into ice filled tiki mug and garnish.
